- First
Things First:
 The Fabulous Wayouts will be at
your party, on time and ready to make your special event memorable. We will contact you 1-2 weeks before the engagement
to take care of any last minute details and concerns that you
may have.
- Early
Setup: The Fabulous
Wayouts need (1-2) hours for setup. If you would like us
not to disturb your guests, an early setup service is available
for a nominal fee.
Arrangements can be made with your Booking Agent at A.C.A. Entertainment.
- Songs: The Fabulous Wayouts take pride in knowing how to make your party a success, and we do encourage you
to suggest songs that you would like to hear. If you have a
special or favorite song that you would like us to do for YOUR
DANCE (e.g.. First Dance, Bridal Party Dance.) Please
let us know as soon as possible.
- Your
First Dance: Whenever you are ready for your first dance The Fabulous Wayouts would like to introduce
and bring you (Bride & Groom) out on to the dance
floor for your first dance of the evening. That way we will be
able to get everyone focused on you (Bride & Groom) and it sets the right mood for the rest of the evening.
- The
Bridal Party Dance: The Bridal Party dance
is usually done within the first forty five minutes of your
night. When we arrive we will touch base with you to let you
know when and at what time to have everyone in the Bridal Party
ready. We will introduce the complete Bridal Party starting
with Bride & Groom, Bestman, Maid of Honor, ect, with sufficient
time allowed in between announcements so pictures can be taken
of all couples. Immediately following we will have the Garter
& Bouquet toss.
